Nation: Kaeldar
Rank: Tangan [Subcommander]
Age: 25
Height: 6'
Weight: 180 lbs
Personality
Noelakai is a bridging voice in the war room. Although translation doesn't seem necessary between the tribal men and the more civilized Kaeldarians, Noel is there to understand and interpret both sides of the same battlefield. He's incredibly calm and soft spoken, and will put the worries of others, even his subordinates, under his own, but don't take this the wrong way; he's not a bitch. He can fiercely tear apart the logic of others with his own brand of oration and will go to great lengths to make sure he carefully keeps the right alliances while picking off the lesser ones.
Appearance
It's almost sad to see what the war room has done to Noelakai. While his face is incredibly youthful, handsome with a green shimmer to his eye and small, rounded features, his hair has gone stark white from stress. It's something he is a bit self conscious of, but the fact of the matter is that he couldn't possibly spend time grooming his hair or psyche with the situations he's been given. He is lean and lithe, dark tribal heritage spilled across his skin, and if it weren't for his hair making people think he's 20 years older than what he really is, some would think the man to still be a teenager. A shirt of very light armor plating, black, is worn at all times, sleeveless, the neck reaching in a turtleneck fashion to just a bit under his jawline. He appears as if his back is straight at all times. His pants are dark black clothe, simple, flaring at the cuffs which fall atop black, pointed boots. His almost effeminate appearance is redeemed by a black cape which falls from the shoulder of his shirt. His weapon of choice for the battle is usually at his side.
Biography
Noel is privileged. Not in the sense that he lived a cushy life style and was given his position as Tangan of the Kaeldarian army, but that he got a good taste of both worlds in Kaeldar. With a father in a high position and a mother living among the civilian tribal people, he was well versed in the politics of one territory and the survival of another. For his first twenty years, he would annually switch parental homes, learning from his mother's people how to fight amongst the jungle's vines and boars, and the high strung, quick, meticulous businessmen that surrounded him at his father's abode. While his mother was torn, as she wanted a prosperous son and a high ranking member of society, she also wanted him to stay home and embrace his tribal roots. But, his father, being the man he was, managed to persuade the tribe with the grant of protection under their son's own hand, which would rest on a war room table as an adviser. Though he's only truly been in any sort of power for five years, his training in both social and military matters is unparalleled.
