Sulla the Dictator, also known as The Sullen Dicktaster, is a Las Vegas neo-con homosexual. He is best known for looking like a gay version of Andrew Dice Clay and having the personality of an unflushed toilet. He is still anxiously waiting for his hero-god George W. Bush to find those WMD's in Iraq.
