  • Good stats: Strength, Defense
  • Bad stats: Speed, Magic Power

Equip-able Weapons

  • Swords
  • Knight Swords
  • Crossbows
  • Hammers/Axes

Preferred Weapon

Commanders prefer to use Hammers and Axes and excel at using them. (+5% Damage Bonus)

Notes

Command abilities have no range required; they hit all allies regardless of their distance from the commander. These commands can do things from increase your combat damage to heal bad status. The commander also makes a good front line combatant, gaining a few abilities of his own and having the strength and defense stat growth to make leveling the job beneficial to previous melees.
