| Astral teleportation crafts a route through the astral plane to a destination you specify. It can be a place you can imagine easily inside your head, or a place that you can give an accurate description of. Matter remains an obstacle on the astral plane, so places that are underground, indoors, or otherwise obstructed are very difficult to route to, or rather, very dangerous. Astral Teleportation effects you and as many other people as you specify, however no two people to be teleported can be greater than ten feet apart from each other. As part of this ritual make an Arcana check. Your maximum speed through the astral in miles per hour is equivalent to ten times your Arcana check. For each minute you spend within the astral, you consume 5 GT worth of components. If you run out of components before you reach your destination you are abruptly thrust back into the material plane. Once the arcana check has been made, the journey cannot be aborted until arrival at the destination or a depletion of components occurs. If the arcana check result is a natural one, then a mishap has occured. Mishaps could mean anything from arriving at the wrong destination, arriving a distance away from your intended destination, or a far more messy collision with matter. | |
