Cyphus is the second Godly Human that was born from Nathicana, and the younger brother of Dizal. The primary concern of Cyphus is the pursuit of knowledge, both about the world and oneself. He is somewhat detached from the affairs of men, viewing every encounter as a chance to observe and learn something new. Cyphus' home is a large tower with millions of windows, every one looking upon a different section of Reydala at a different point of time. Cyphus sits in the center, watching all that happens and recording it within his mind. His symbol represents the three characteristics of the mortal: Mind, Body, and Spirit within the larger cosmic concious that links all of mortals and even the Gods together.

Cyphus appears as a pale but otherwise perfect human, he dresses in simple clothes, for he very rarely leaves the tower. If he feels he must interfere in some way in the world, he merely has to step outside one of his many windows. Those rare few who have met Cyphus however find the God quite difficult to understand, as he tends to speak in axioms and riddles that he assumes everyone knows the answers to. Due to his ability to see multiple moments of time, he will aslo make references to events that have not happend yet. He is not arrogant, quite the opposite, he tends to give mortals too much credit, and feels that it is up to them to shape the future of their own world. He is against Godly interference in general, only visiting to counter another intervention or in the direst of needs.

Dogma: Followers of Cyphus value Knowledge and recording it, they seek to learn something from every life event. Note that this applies both to mental and physical training, They train both body and mind to adapt to every life circumstance, making levels of Monk popular among Cyphrite Clerics. They also make it a point to educate their brethren on Reydala, setting up Monstaries of Study all around the world.
