Kaer - First encounters

In my never ending search for justice, I found myself assigned by Geon to go with a group I knew little of -- other than that many of them tripped over me for our initial meeting. Regardless, my assignment was an assignment, and my duty my duty. Thus far, what I know is I am to aid these people in any way possible to help them rescue their captured friend, Sir Aknier, from the New Moons. This task has the makings of... at the very least being challenging, so I shall leave my thoughts recorded, as often as I can remember to find time to do so. To start, at this point in time there is little I can do but leave my first reactions to meeting my new companions. (Lucion help me)

The first member I met is a man who apparently goes by the name Dante, but was actually named Shutat. Passing judgment is bad, and of course the conflict he has with his past is none of my business, but I can't help but be concerned over his attitude. Sadly, I sense many conflicts between myself and him if I get worked up.

The next person whom I was properly introduced to was an elven woman, judging by Geon's attitude towards her a magic user, named Seremela. She seems thus far to be the most "in charge", if I may use that term, of the group. She also seems to be the most determined to help rescue their friend, Sir Aknier. The rest of the group appears to be odd, but none the less, my current companions.

There is a rather short man, Mikhal, who appears by all accounts to be of some dragon blood. I don't know much of him yet, sadly, but the wizard in me is curious.

In the group, there is a druid by the name of Dagnir, who is as neutral as it seems possible. Although it appeared he does not take sides, I can but have faith whatever actions he performs are in the best interest for all parties and at the very least ours.

Another elven woman, Aelis, is in the group. Again, I know not much of her either, but she is another who seems to be (hopefully) good hearted.

The last person is a woman named Wren. Again, I know little of her, but I heard she was a monk, and I've noticed she always seems to be in a place of her own, at all times.

I possibly will have more to add to thoughts on her, as well as the rest of them, once I have traveled with the group for longer than I have. I refuse to pass judgment on their lives and how they live them, but if I notice they are not just, if I have to try to guide them, I will. My only fear is an apathetic response, but that can not, and will not shatter my faith in justice.
