  • 28th Amendment - Apportionment of Congress (readjust to allow greater locality (ie larger numbers) of Congressmen)
  • 29th Amendment - Line item Veto
  • 30th Amendment - Balanced Budget Amendment
  • 31st Amendment - Presidential elections (Campaign finances and Political Parties, participation in debates via ballot access, etc)
  • 32nd Amendment - Electoral College change

  • 35th Amendment - Continuity in government amendment (in the event of a massive destruction of government officials)
  • 36th Amendment - Emergency Powers Amendment (giving the president authorities to respond to a crisis like a nuclear attack w/o constitutional restrictions)
  • 37th Amendment - Illegal Immigration Amendment (harsh reaction to illegal immigrants due to its role in the bombing)

  • 38th Amendment - To declare that life begins at conception and that the 5th and 14th amendments apply to unborn children, as well as restrict the government sanctioned instigation of death (capital punishment, euthanasia)
