The emoticons are one of PoopGang's best-known and most distinctive features. They were mostly created by site artist Foolish Mortal and animated by Adzin, with a few additions from some boring people who aren't worth mentioning.

[edit] Captain Pointy

Captain Pointy is the most popular PoopGang emoticon and has become an unofficial site mascot. The phrase "Shut the fluff up, retard" has been adopted as his catchphrase. Two Flash movies were created by Foolish Mortal, featuring the Captain dealing extreme justice to the Crazy Frog and Robert Kilroy-Silk.

[edit] The Emoticon World Cup

The Emoticon World Cup was a poll run by, you guessed it, Foolish Mortal, to find out the forum's best-loved emoticon. After nominations and two group stages, the final eight were Captain Pointy, Teacher, Teddy Dance, Cheek, Burglar, Teddy, Mnngh and Detective. Captain Pointy was the eventual winner.
