A capture is impossible when another disc is touching a tower or foundation that has leaners on it. The opponent of the player who caused this fault MUST try to capture the tower, however the standing piece(s) will fall and cause a fault. This means that the tower doesn't score and goes back into the stack of the capturing player (who also loses his turn).
