The Dark Prognosticus is what the Tribe of Darkness has, that has what will happen in the future, negatively (Contary=>Light Prognosticus). When Lord Blumiere loses Timpani, he decides to open the book, ignoring the warnings from the tribe, transforming him self to an evil count, Count Bleck.
