Kooper is an adventure loving koopa. He is Mario's second party member in the game, Paper Mario He is a fan of the famous archeologist, Kolorado. In the story he had his shell stolen by some fuzzies and asks Mario to get his shell back for him.
His attacks consists of Shell Toss, Power Shell, Dizzy Shell, and Fire Shell.
