The Torok are a varied, motley crew of nomads and mages. Hundreds of years ago, their ancestors were banished from their homeland due to their magical practices, and finally found a home travelling between worlds.

The Torok communities, littered throughout the many worlds, are very small, tiny, nomadic peoples. Their leaders are in spirit only, not in form, and they are rather nice to meet. Though they are by and large peaceful, they are fully capable of defending themselves from threats, with the variety of abilities they have gained through their travels.

Torok technology is a hodgepodge - some Torok communities have guns, some lack even good steel weapons. They work with what presents itself to them through barter and trade.
