wow thanks for such an eqonuelt response.  Actually the name of our site and its learning philosophy came from the fact that my training has pretty much been learned from mentors throughout my career.  The only training I have had has been required by projects or manufacturers.  That is where I learned that the cram course stuff doesnt work.  I did teach some at a local college that had a good lab and that worked well.  Unfortunately, few profs have actually installed a system.
