Fellowship of the Letter

Sometime around October 1, 2005, Gillichu Chandler lost a letter he'd written to his uncle, Geoffrey. Despite having been found multiple times, the letter never managed to make it to the owlrey so that it might be mailed, and eventually Gillichu proclaimed it to be cursed (perhaps by his sister, Nimuë). This said, several people volunteered to help him find it. Others joined until finally the Fellowship of the Letter was formed with the express purpose of finding the Cursed Letter (well, that and having a good time). Unfortunately, it was too late in the day at that point to do much of anything, so the group agreed to meet again the next day.

The Members

On October 2, 2005 the Quest for the Cursed Letter began on the Hogwarts grounds. In the original Fellowship included:

• Amorisa Amherst (Slytherin 3rd year)

• Derek Bly (Ravenclaw 5th year)

• Gillichu Chandler (Ravenclaw 2nd year)

• Dee George (Ravenclaw 6th year)

• Lisette Jasinski (Ravenclaw 5th year)

• Amaury Oniyama (Gryffindor 4th year)

• Pimento Pepper (Ravenclaw 1st year)

• Hannah Salix (Ravenclaw 5th year)

• Ethan Tibble (Ravenclaw 1st year)

Derek was a last-minute addition, having been brought by Hannah though the two were not yet dating at this time.

The entire Fellowship broke into two groups, one of Gillichu, Lisette, Amaury, and Pimento, the other consisting of Amorisa, Derek, Dee, Hannah, and Ethan. Each group proceeded to search for the the Cursed Letter, the first group heading towards the lake, the second towards the Forbidden Forest. Neither group was particularly successful, though the lake group did at one point spot the Letter, only to lose it again.
