Tilly Ryan

She grew up in the UK, and was good friends with Charlotte Williams (6th year, Hufflepuff). But Tilly's parents moved to Australia when Tilly was 12 and she has been a student at the wizarding school there since. Now her parents are back working for the Ministry in London and Tilly is enrolled in Hogwarts.

Her strengths are tied to her weaknesses, and are generally character driven. That is, she will do anything for her friends, but won't go out of her way to help strangers. She gets along well with many people, but often she will only be friendly to people to get things out of them (generally information). She basically has a good heart but she's not fond of showing it and is not really aware of it either.

She can be a harsh enemy, seems shallow at times, and manipulative. She's probably too much of a flirt.
