Describe your character’s strengths (both magically and personality-wise): Elodie's a very soft spoken person, but is not shy. She comes from an aristocratic French family, and has the ability to smooth everything out. She's very logical, not all romanticy and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. Also, she firmly believes that an education can get you places, and is not afraid to ask for help when she needs it.
Describe your character’s flaws/weaknesses: While being soft spoken has helped her, it has also made Elodie the person whom many people bare their burdens onto, and her opinions often get overlooked. She's quite bad at Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration is definately not one of her strong suit.
Describe your character's physical attributes. If you have a preferred PB, state it here -- although check the list in http://www.livejournal.com/~hihnp_ooc first!: Jennifer Love Hewitt
Is your character Muggle born, a half breed, or a pureblood? Explain it. Pureblood. Both of her parents come from pureblood families that trace back hundreds of years in both France and England.
Character Background/History: Elodie was born in France to two Wizard French Aristocrats. Throughout her childhood, she was raised by her Grandmother, whom she calls Grandmere, while her parents were off at various social functions. As soon as she became old enough to take care of herself, she was ushered into the world of social gatherings and fakeness. She understood that she needed to be liked and respected in this world, and became a very demure, mature child. When she moved to England at the age of 9, she still kept up that image, and as a result is the way she is today. But, she has a younger brother whom she keeps out of these parties, because she realizes that this is no way to raise a child.
