Pugrins, Greywhind, Kidko, painintheear, adoarns, Dayd, and Anya Have joined since the last update. I have updated all the current proposals as per the rules and if I can figure out more wiki-code I will be continuing to update. So Nomicapolis has offically had a coup and I am taking over. However if and when the original Admin return I will return control to them. Also hopefully there aren't any Admin only features that I need that I don't have access to.
