When a proposal to repeal a rule is passed the repealed rule will be removed from the Current ruleset and the rule that repealed the rule will also then be repealed from the Current ruleset. Any current mutable rule that repealed another rule is hereby repealed. Repealing a rule that repealed a rule does not re-enact the original rule.
