313 would have as well, but it is its own rule, and thus, this is an amendment to that rule. --TomFoolery 19:23, 25 November 2006 (EST)
I have amended the proposal to include 313 and 303. If this proposal is ratified, both of those rules will go away, and this will replace them. It now contains all of the parts of both of those rules, with some minor modifications (the same one's as before). --TomFoolery 10:22, 26 November 2006 (EST)
