New rules:

  • 336, is now a rule. It redefines "majority", et al, as the ratio between FOR and AGAINST votes. AWARDS: Shivan +10
  • 338, is now a rule. It defines Nomicapolis as an ongoing game divided into rounds. AWARDS: Applejuicefool +10
  • 335, is now a rule. It sets up procedures to punish rule breakers. (Dayd +10, Tucana23 +5, TomFoolery +5)
