An amendment to mutable rule <a href="http://www.editthis.info/Nomicapolis/321">321</a>
-The Judge of Nomicapolis is given an approval rating (vote FOR) by active members. -If the majority of active members give a positive approval rating, that judge remains in office for the next month. -If the majority of active members do not give a positive approval rating, that judge must appoint a replacement judge -The incumbent judge cannot appoint himself as the replacement judge -In the event of a tie in the approval voting stage, the pool of possible judges is open to every active member, and the player that receives the most votes becomes the next month's judge.
