Proposer's summary and declarations

Proposer's summary Debate will end for this proposal at 12:00, 12 January 2007 (EST)
This proposal is just like the last plus/minus the changes AJF wanted. Also see rule 345 in regards to points reset T25. So hopefully everyone's happy and if you're not, you'll abstain.

So, with the introduction of 366 governing the stages of a proposal, this means the new round would begin just as this proposal took effect and just too early for Dayd to accumulate 100 points and win as the 10 he would have gained become the first points of a new round without a winner. Or did you read that differently ;)? --Finisterre 04:18, 13 January 2007 (EST)

It's 200 points and points come before rule effect...that and all points are reset at the beginning of a round. --Dayd 21:49, 14 January 2007 (EST)

  1. --Finisterre 05:19, 15 January 2007 (EST) (I know its probably different for the rest of you, but I don't feel I'm ready for a new round just yet.)
  2. --Tucana25 19:59, 15 January 2007 (EST) (I still don't really know that i like this much better than the last one, but at least its three months...)
