Debate shall last until around May 7, 2007 00:01 EST
I don't know yet where this could go...war could affect or be a factor of luck, money, resources, population, points, popularity or something else we dream up and create some fluidity of game elements. It could even be fun as well. --Tucana25 23:29, 1 May 2007 (EDT) Proposer's summary
Debate
I believe the first instance of "Canton" was intended to read "Player". I'm also not really sure a concept like warring with your neighbors is very well suited to such a simplistic Canton map or a residency system where each Player can move from one Canton to another at will; how can their be patriotism without enduring citizenship? Of course, both of those issues could be solved through future rules, so I don't necessarily oppose this. In fact, as a former Diplomacy player I'm thinking of ways to introduce a better map and a combat system as I write this :) Wooble 10:58, 2 May 2007 (EDT)
