Proposer's summary and declarations
According to rule 209 we cannot have more than 25 mutable rules. I propose that we repeal this rule at least for the time being as we are approaching that number. However, I am open to increasing the limit if that is preferred. Simulacrum 17:44, 10 November 2006 (EST)
