Role of the Chair of Debates

Constitutionally:

   * a. to oversee all meetings of the general membership;
   * b. to direct a training program for novice debaters;
   * c. to schedule and organize regular public debates;
   * d. to provide for the development and the maintenance of the debating skills of the members of the Debating Union.
