Role of the Vice-President
Constitutionally:
* a. to raise funds in order to achieve the goals and policies of the Debating Union; * b. to assume the role of the President at Executive Committee Meetings at which the President is absent: in such cases the Vice-President votes only in the case of a tie; * c. to maintain contact with the alumni of the Debating Union, including but not limited to the publication of the Heckler newsletter.
