Saro attended Dawson College in Montreal before coming to McGill, and recently completed a degree in Linguistics and English. He is currently studying law at McGill.

Saro's linguistic ticks are as quirky as they are catchy. Most McGill debaters have to some extent the "Saro voice". Saro also made Monica Ferris cry.
