The Delegación de Aguas Torcidas is one of the boroughs of La Luz. It is located in the eastern part of the city. It is bounded as follows:

by a line beginning at the intersection of the midline of the Río de la Luz and the westerly production of the Calle del Doctor Muñoz; thence westerly along the said production to the intersection with the Camino de Aguas Torcidas; thence southerly along the said Camino to the Metro de La Luz Line 3; thence easterly along the said line to the Autovía del Presidente Menéndez; thence southeasterly along the said Autovía to the Sincrif lines (Capital subdivision); thence northeasterly along the said lines to the Esplanada del Cinturón; then northwesterly along the said Esplanada, the Avenida de los Rosales, and the northerly production thereof to the intersection with the midline of the Río de la Luz; thence generally southwesterly along the said midline ot the point of departure.
