The Aglomeración de Miraflores is a prefectura-level division of of Costa Moscada encompassing the comarcal capital of Miraflores and its suburbs. The offshore islands of Isla de Jengibre and Isla de la Noche are administratively part of the agglomeration. Located in the southwest part of the comarca on the Atlantic coast, it has an area of 591.8 sq.km.
The adjacent prefecturas or equivalents are El Tajito, El Alarcón Alto, and Miraflores.
The prefectural seat is Alarcón.
