El Santa Justa is a prefectura of Costa Moscada, located in the northwest part of the comarca along the Río de La Luz. It has an area of 877.2 sq.km. It is named for the Río Santa Justa.
The adjacent prefecturas or equivalents are El Culebro, Miraflores, Puerto Di Angelo, Hellinense, and Ocilense.
The prefectural seat is Confluencia.
