Scott gained his P.H.D. in THC at the youthful age of 24. He has lectured worldwide about the psychosocial benefits of recreational drug use, and has especially expressed a disposition toward cannabis indica. His thesis was titled "How to Outsmoke Anyone," and he always does.
Scott's patients offer high praise, saying Scott is "quick wit da spliff."
