Tech used this device to grow shrunken parts of Acmetropolis back to normal size after Melvin the Martian shrunk it. It was later stolen by Rev's younger brother, Rip Runner, after the latter was dominated by a Bio-Tech Parasite. Rip used it to enlarge toys of Rev's design, turning them into dangerous rampaging machines. (First used in It Came From Outer Space" reappeared in Family Business.)
