Crossbill is a scarce bird in London, most often seen when there are national influxes from the continent. It occasionally breeds following these irruptions.

- October 12: Broxboune Woods: 2 at Brambles Wood
- October 11: Amwell GPs: 9 fem north this a.m
- October 11: Bedfont Lakes Country Park 2 flew west at 13:00
- October 11: Black Park CP: c25 in pines just south of the lake
- August 2: Regent's Park, 3 flew W at 06.25
- July 30: Stoke Newington Res, 2 flew low and south at 15.37
- July 26: Brent Res, 15 flew west at 09.30
- July 26: Dagenham, 3 flew west in afternoon
- July 25: Pitshanger Allotments, Ealing, 3 west at 09.40
- July 24: Broxbourne Woods, 1 at west end of Cowheath Wood at 10.15
- July 23: Broxbourne Woods, eight feeding by the ride through Cowheath Wood, but flew south at 10:15
- July 23: Thorndon CP, 12 present, 200m southwest of second car park
- July 22: Alexandra Park, 1 flew west at 20.45
- July 21: Ingrebourne Valley, 6 flew west at 06.42
- July 18: Trent Park, 1 perched at 10.41
- July 18: Epping Forest, 3 at Oak Plain Pond, High Beach
- July 16: Aveley, 5 west at 09.30
- July 12: Broxbourne Woods, heard
- June 19: Sidcup, 1 flew east at 11:25
- June 3: Burgess Park, 3 flew south around 7pm and flew over again around 7.20pm
