Crossbill is a scarce bird in London, most often seen when there are national influxes from the continent. It occasionally breeds following these irruptions.

- 26th July: Brent Res, 15 flew west at 09.30
- 25th July: Pitshanger Allotments, Ealing, 3 west at 09.40
