Julian
From London Requiem
The eldest childe of Richard of Lincoln, Julian was responsible for deposing his sire after 178 years of rule of the Square Mile. Julian had become enamoured of the idea of greater representation for all kindred, inspired by both the signing of the Magna Carta, and the Peasants' Revolt of 1381. He took advantage of the fact that plagues throughout the 14th century had weakened Richard's grip on the Square Mile, and seized power in 1401.
Julian's attempt at a representative government failed, and within five years he was forced to flee London as the Invictus reasserted control of the domain.
