- Wormwood Scrubs: Dartford Warbler a first winter bird discovered in the bushes on the southern edge of Chats Paddock at 0805hrs. It was in loose association with a newly arrived winter male Stonechat. Also c8 Chiffchaff, c2 Lesser Whitethroat, c4 Blackcap, c8 'alba' wagtails over, c30 Meadow Pipit, c20 Redwing & 5 Collared Doves heading NE (our largest single flock ever!) - Mudchute/Millwall Park: Monk Parakeet over towards Island Gardens, but none around the communal nest; also no sign of "Glen" the Ring-billed Gull on the falling tide opposite Lovells Wharf, but 6 Com Gulls and GBBGull present. (David Callahan).
