Description
Bleu is a mysterious girl who lives in Acmetropolis, when the meteor hit, she gained powers but she couldn't really use them she didn't know how to activate them. She has been training but still can't really use her powers. She looks up to the Loonatics and is a fan of Ace Bunny, Tech E. Coyote, Lexi Bunny, Rev Runner, Danger Duck, and Sara Samuels. Her older brother is a thief and was locked away in jail for robbing a bank, long before she gained her powers.
