Character Description
He is a rockstar and his band who came to Acmetropolis to wreak havoc. He trapped Zadavia in a life-draining dome and made off with her. In exchange for her freedom, he wanted Tech to build a Cosmic Guitar for him. He was nothing more than a mannequin controlled by Rupes Oberon.
