Kokoro (dimension)
From Kokorodatabase
Kokoro, the dimension that gives its name to the game, appears to be a harmless little world, although it has a bad reputation for insanity in worlds such as Chrono Mew Mew. Shirogane Ryou once suspected that he was the key to its existence, judging by how many different groups of people have been attracted to Cafe Mew Mew, however, this doesn't seem to be the case at all. But thanks to a series of events instigated by he, Shirogane Jishou, and Kiki Reikaira, the dimension split from another called Kokoro Draft in 2006.

Differences from Canon
Pairings:
- A few self-inserts were given canon love interests; all have been rebooted or erased.
- Akasaka Keiichiro and Fujiwara Zakuro were put together by two former members that have been gone from the game for years. This is now considered Old Shame. Zakuro is now with Aizawa Minto, as implied in canon.
- Shirogane Ryou and Momomiya Ichigo's counterpart Shirogane Ichigo are, of course, the main couple of the dimension.
- Midorikawa Retasu has been paired with various other characters in an attempt to reconcile the effects of taking her love interest, Ryou, away. None of these have worked out.
- The Saica Mage System is used; in fact, there is an entire magical world that sets itself apart from normal humans, basing their real-world interactions in Sutori Cafe. Kiki Reikaira has compared the practice to racial segregation; ironically, she is one of the only recorded humans not to have her memory wiped and to be considered an equal in battle rather than someone to protect, and certainly one of the only recorded ones that attained this privilege without magical lineage.
- There are few enemies and certainly no constant threat, although the hints remain that there is a need for the Mew Mews.
