Mochi Maron
From Kokorodatabase
Mochi Maron is a young, new resident of Cafe Mew Mew. She was introduced around the start of January 2007, about the time that her authoress, Satouberri, was experimenting with new characters. Maron was one of the only ones to stay. Her name, Maron, was inspired off the word "moron", because the Ryou of her world is a moron, but can also mean "chestnut". In November 2007, an extra 'r' was added, making her "Marron", meaning 'Brown', so she could be doodled in French class.

History
Before Kokoro
In her old dimension (Marron-land, coined by Jisu), Marron became the victim of a Mew Mew experiment caused by a dumb/blackmailed Ryou. She became a failed mew mew, labeled a failure because her animal mutations remained in her human form. The overdose of animal DNA caused her to age a bit faster than a normal human should, and she developed her split personality in Mew Form (Mew Chestnut) as a result of what the animal DNA did to her body and mind.
At age six, Marron was blessed enough to discover a way to travel across dimensions. She quickly fled to the Kokoro Dimension, hoping to get help.
It remains unknown what happened to her biological family.
Kokoro Days
After arriving at Kokoro, Shirogane Ryou helped to stabilize her DNA enough that she didn't have strange mutations in human form. Since she had no mother, she attached herself to Gamu and declared her "Gamama". Marron has done very little since then, and rarely switches to her Mew Chestnut personality. Most of the time, she is shadowing Gamu, or staying in the room they share to read. Other than with Gamu, Marron does not interact much and tries to keep to herself.
Mew Chestnut is very aware of the fact her DNA makes her age faster and that this will possibly make her life short. Marron is only sub-consciously aware of this.
Kokoro Draft Future
Marron miraculously survived her DNA crisis. At age 16, Marron met a handsome man and they fell in love, but in then ended up that he was the Prince of Morons and they had to elope when she turned 18 and ran off to France but then Marron ditched him and decided to stay with Gamu but he got angry so she kissed a cat and got another Prince and they married and lived happily ever after. Luckily for all of you, you never have to deal with this.
Personality
Marron has a multiple personality disorder which is triggered by her overdose of animal DNA. Her personality shifts include memory shifts, though Mew Chestnut knows what goes on with Maron and Maron is clueless.
Maron
The sweeter, cuter side that screams "cute overdose someone smack it". She's usually very kind when she's like this, and has childish innocence and stubbornness. Marron adores her mother and likes to make people happy, though her klutzy cluelessness gets in the way.
Mew Chestnut
Bratty, self-centered, and cruel. Mew Chestnut is more down to earth and emo, not to mention more mature and even a bit perverted. She is also fairly observant and very aware of the fact her life is going to be short. Mew Chestnut doesn't consider anyone to be her friend and is VERY shy, making her come off as anti-social.
Relationships
"Family"
Gamu : Maron calls her "Gamu-mama" or "Ga-mama". She follows her around constantly, and tends to be incredibly clingy.
Friends
Lovelife
Due to the fact that she is 6 years old, Maron has no lovelife.

Mew Mew Information
Basics
Weapon and Attack
Weapon: Chessnut Combinding the word "Chess" and "Chestnut". The Chessnut is nothing more than a collecting of dart-like chess pieces. They come in two colors, red and white, and all have the traditional mew weapon heart on them, as well as cutesy ribbons. Mew Chestnut can summon as many as she wants at a time, but the problem is that then she's got to carry them all around, which is taxing on her agility. The other problem is that she can't move and summon them at the same time. Even though it only takes one second to summon one, it's one second that she's an open target.
Attack: Reborn Chestnut Checkmate Mew Chestnut simply tosses her Chessnut(s) at the target. The result is an explosion of powdery red dust that can be quite blinding. It's espicially bad if Mew Chestnut tosses multiple Chessnuts at once.
