Mariel

Daughter of Sora and Kairi in an alternate timeline, as well as an only child (supposedly), Mariel is, well...special, in a sense of speaking, though a better term would be 'stubborn'. Intent on making a name for herself as something other than the daughter of the Keyblade Master and a Princess of Heart, the teen instead chose to train with Yuffie in Wutai, aspiring to be part of her personal guard, not that she's any good at being a ninja, really.

Mari is rather big on keeping her pride intact, and thus tends to keep things secret or turn down help, even if she needs it. Part of this stems from an old knee injury, which occured during a practice session with some of Yuffie's other students, that has never quite healed properly; Mariel has yet to admit anything is wrong, and instead, well, just does her own thing.

The sixteen year-old is a bit of a reckless fighter, the opposite of her friend, Morie
