An insane asylum that appears to be ridiculously easy to escape, as Shirogane Masume and Tsubasa's Brother have both been in and out of the institution more times than can be counted. Some characters, namely those played by Saica, are often seen dialing Happy Acres when events within Cafe Mew Mew start getting too wild and crazy for their tastes.
