Cake is a member of the Returners and Praline's partner. She appears emotionless and uses an overblown complicated vocabulary at all times. Her powers are lightning-based.
Cake appeared in the original Kokoro stories when the authoresses were still working things out, and, like most plot details back then, has been retconned out. She was recycled because of a need for evil alien characters.
