UTR: Harley James

Harley James was taken in by an older couple after spending the bulk of his childhood in state care. He was orphaned and crippled in a house fire at age 8. Because a leg injury was not properly treated, Harley developed a limp and a need for a cane. Harley inherited the apartment complex his adoptive parents owned upon their death, and has found himself owner of a newer, fancier complex in the UTR universe.
Harley has had a five year relationship with one of his tenants, Tom Crystal. The two have recently gone public with their relationship.
