Josh Wilson is a former drug addict who has devoted his life to helping at risk kids in NYC through a crisis center he funds and maintains. Josh has been sober since suffering an assault by a nemesis of his brother in 2007. He is living with Donna Hawthorne.
Josh is the long lost brother James Wilson mentions in the House MD episode titled "Histories"
