Arnie for Mayer (also known as '1995' and 'After Girls') is a song written by Schlock in early 2003 for his then current band The Premises. It was a perrenial live favourite, loved by all and quite the barnstorming finale occasionally.

Spin on 9 months or so and Schlock records the song for use on the forthcoming Premises EP. The EP is aborted, but the sessions remain floating around.

Schlock's ISM career begins, and as it as a largely barren song with lots of interesting bits never really tacked on (a folder with upwards of 60 samples exists for it) Arnie For Mayor becomes a testing ground for ISM ideas, its various bits and pieces pulled this way and that. It has had lyrics, melodies, drums, instrumental loops, pretty much anything you can imagine scavenged from it at some point.

Feeling a little sorry for this beleagured and forgotten gem, Schlock stuck it on the end of Dark & Moist:Ample Samples, but not before he did the poor thing one last injustice by messing about with some silly speedy up slow down effect, thereby pretty much ruining the song one last time. He has however promised to let the full thing out one day, but not before another few years of pulling the guy apart. Pray or Arnie :(
