Lech Aleksander Kaczyński (June 18, 1949) is the President of the Republic of Poland. Kaczyński served as Mayor of Warsaw from 2002 until December 22, 2005, the day before he was inaugurated as President of Poland. He is the twin brother of Jarosław Kaczyński, the leader of the Law and Justice (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość) party.
