Frank Benedicto's Pickled Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 Mason jar
  • 1 Tbsp. pickling salt
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. pickling spices
  • 3 medium green peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients and put in a Mason jar. Set for 2 to 3 weeks.
