They're bullets that can kill gods if the gods get shot with 'em. What more do you wanna know?

Oh, ChibiMe makes them, basing his designs off of the bullets he used in an attempt to defeat Sage on Page 666. Nobody knows how, except that it apparently involves draining a whole lot of demons and devils (and an occasional angel or two) of blood.
