At the start of this section, a massive magical operation, involving multiple characters, is taking place inside Ann's mind.

Ann's Mind, Inside the Tent

Ann-KF explains why he looks like Ann to her, telling her to try and access her memories.
Ann thanks Ann-KF, hoping that her mind will be restored soon.
Ann extends her paw in thanks, which Ann-KF kisses. This causes Ann to vanish in a blue mist, saying "Sorry, you have the wrong part of me" just before she goes.
Ann-KF dismisses the tent, then goes looking for Sage.

Ann's Mind, Outside the Tent

Likal uses up the last of his magical energy and falls unconscious. As he does so his 'Astral Self' vanishes from the mind-scape.
Just then, Sage finally overcomes 'landscapes' resistance, so begins 'reshaping' Ann's mind in earnest.
The city seems to come alive, with living citizens replacing the zombies and other signs of life.
Ann-KF finds Sage. They then decide to head to the palace.

Ann's Mind, Inside the Palace

Ann-KF and Sage find the place blackened, apart from a distant bed and the TV front of it.

Outside the Clothing Store

Aurora decides to check up on Ann-KF's progress and is told to tell the others what's going on.

Outside Lomgren's House

As Likal collapses, Atescu carefully moves him into a more comfortable position.
Lomgren continues to hold Ann.
JJA, observing Sage's work with his technology, tells Lomgren that Ann should be fine now. As he says this, Ann seems to visible relax in Lomgren's arms.
Aurora arrives and gives the others Ann-KF's message.

Ann's mother was killed by a demon when she was a girl and she nearly had her soul stolen too.

Ann's Mind, Inside the Palace

Ann-KF and Sage walk towards the bed.
As they get closer, the Ann-KF and Sage see Ann in her human form lying on her stomach on the bed. She's naked, except for a black collar, and watching the TV, which shows herself and Knave having sex.
Sage, embarrassed, says he'll look elsewhere for the memory block, then runs away.
Ann-KF asks if she can join Ann, who looks up and pulls her onto the bed, obviously happy to see 'Knave'.
Ann-KF asks Ann what he looks like to her, the responce to which is "like Kitty me". Ann then explains that she's let out a lot, unlike the other 'guys' (Ann's personality fragments) so knows what's going on. This leads Ann-KF to ask Ann where he can find the "other guys".

Ann's Mind, Outside the Palace

Sage decides he needs to carefully plan what to do next. So he sits down and thinks.
As Sage ponders, he's brought out of his revelry by a policeman, who tells him to move along.

Outside Lomgren's House

JJA asks why Ann hates demons so much, so Aurora tells him about how Ann lost her mother.
However, JJA is no longer paying attention, as his device allows him to see what Ann-KF and Sage can see.

Inside Lomgren's House

Nonah and Freek finally fall asleep on the couch.

Ann's Mind, Inside the Palace

Ann tells Ann-KF that all the other 'guys' have been taken care of by him already. Without much else to do, they both watch the television.
After a bit, Ann says she needs to check the timer, then pulls an old fashioned analogue clock from beneath the bed. This confuses Ann-KF, who asks what that's for.
Ann gives an evasive answer, saying he will know soon enough. She then puts the clock back on the floor and begins to act seductive. A Tasteful Curtain descends.

Ann's Mind, Outside the Palace

Sage gets up and walks off. As he walks he thinks up a plan. After moving far enough away, he transmits the image of the beach scene from earlier in the day, so he can locate the force blocking off Ann's memories.
An image appears in front Sage. A nearby cop pulls his gun and fires. When the image is hit, it turns into a blue wisp and floats down the street. Sage follows it.
Sage eventually arrives at the police station.

Outside Lomgren's House

JJA adjusts his device, so it doesn't show what's going on in Ann's mind in quite so much detail. Aurora and JJA then introduce themselves to each other.

Helen's Home

Homer, still female, wakes up. And discovers that someone had dressed him in leather while he was asleep.

Ann's Mind, Police Station

Sage decides to use stealth, so turns invisible and enters the Police Station. After much searching, he finds what he's looking for, a jail cell that has been sealed with concrete.
Needing time to work on the seal, Sage erects a barrier over the cell block and freezes the one guard already inside. Turning his attention back to the seal, he then decides that it will need to be carefully unravelled, so begins to do this.
Just as Sage is finishing, more guards arrive outside the cell block.

Ann's Mind, Inside the Palace

The Tasteful Curtain lifts. Ann is now giving Ann-KF a tail massage. They start talking about Kraggi and Grim's wedding.

Outside Lomgren's House

JJA turns back to his device. This time, however, he uses it to track Sage's progress.
A breeze picks up, so Lomgren says he'll get a blanket for Ann. Aurora suggests taking her inside, but Lomgren says he doesn't want to move her.
JJA says it should be all right to move Ann and suggests taking her to the clinic. Lomgren, however, still isn't convinced.

Helen's Home

Furious, Homer storms out the house and heads to town. Helen chases after him, trying to at least get him to put a coat on.

Town Square

Homer and Helen arrive, the former yelling, "ALRIGHT, I'M HERE TO KICK-ASS AND CHANGE GENDER! AND I CAN'T CHANGE GENDER!" Helen continues trying to calm him down.

Outside Lomgren's House

Aurora agrees with JJA about moving Ann, but to be on the safe side asks KF-Ann to ask Ann's psyche for permission.
Aurora says Ann doesn't mind being taken to the Deathmanse. However, before they can move her Lomgren points out his house is nearer and he has a spare bedroom.
Aurora points out that Nonah, who's sleeping on Lomgren's couch, is still hurt so shouldn't be disturbed. However, they eventually agree on Ann's house, as it's nearer than the Deathmanse.

Ann's Mind, Inside the Palace

Ann-KF asks Ann if they can move her real body. Ann agrees, if it's his place.
Ann-KF and Ann start talking about Aurora.

Ann's Mind, Police Station

Suddenly, Sage hears a noise. Looking around with his magic, he notices another way into the cell block, with guards approaching. Realising he's ran out of time, he tries to use force to break the last of the seal, by conjuring a multi-coloured orb to blast through the wall.
The orb reduces the wall to a piles of dust, revealing a small chamber full of many blue wisps. As this happens, the second group of guards arrive, pulling their guns on Sage and ordering him to stop.
Turning on them, Sage disarms them with a wave of his hand, before requesting they don't force him to take this any further as he's doing this for Ann.
The guards pull handcuffs from their belts. Most them move to surround Sage, while one cautiously approaches, saying they know what's best for Ann and he should leave her memories alone.
Sage says he doubts they could know what's best, before freezing them all in a Stasis Field and entering the room with the wisps. Then, with a well practised spell, he releases all of Ann's repressed memories.

Redstone Lake

Sanchay bursts from the water and heads towards the Town Square.

Outside Lomgren's House

Everyone carefully picks up Ann and carries her towards her house.
As Ann is being carried off, Likal wakes up and asks how long he's been out. Aurora tells him it's only been a few minutes.
As they are walking, Atescu notices Sanchay flying towards town. Lomgren stops and asks what it is.
JJA pulls out some binoculars to better observe the approaching Sanchay.

Mossy Knoll Airspace

A plane flies overhead and a woman parachute jumps out of it. This is Erin Fischer.

Town Centre

Homer-Net is furious that her 'battle-cry' is ignored and that no one seems to be around. Just then, she notices Sanchay approaching.
A man (Ratache) teleports in.
Erin lands next to Lora, who has woken up thanks to the commotion. The two talk.

Xiao Shelter

After spending several hours playing with his new CMD, Xiao decides to head back towards town.

Ann's Mind, Police Station

Sage gives the frozen guards a warning that next time he won't be so gentle, then teleports outside.

Ann's Mind, inside the Palace

The TV begins to show the first of Ann's repressed memories.

TV begins appearing, showing the repressed memories.

Town Square

A distant figure observes the goings on through binoculars. They decide that the two new arrivals would make good targets for some mischief.

Between Ann's & Lomgren's

Aurora tells JJA that it's Sanchay approaching, and then explains who Sanchay is.
Atescu suggests the others take Ann while he waits for Sanchay.
Homer and Helen arrive. JJA is startled by Homer's outfit, concerned it may be the transformation, so the Net's explain about the prankster attack the previous night.
JJA suggests Homer gets some clothes on.
